During the establishment of Mindman's first production plant, which covers a massive 10,000 square meters of floor space, the company has since been working closely with NISCON Japan in the manufacture of pneumatic components.
In 1992, with an intention to further expand their product line, Mindman went on a joint venture with PISCO Japan to produce quality PU tubes and fittings for the upscale market. Four years later, as a result of well-trained, excellent quality control executions, it honorably received the ISO-9002 certification. And not for long, the ISO- 9001 approval was also gained in 1999 for all of their wellmade products.
Backed by a motivated workforce and strong management concepts, Mindman quickly inaugurated a second production plant with size of 6,600 square meters in 2000 to boost its capacity for fulfilling increasing sales.
In May 2005, the 3rd plant with size of 8,250 square meters had been established to increase the production effiency by concentrating the major process from aluminum die casting, machining, to surface coating into one single area. The new purchased euipments also brings us the quality improvement as well as capacity enlargement.
In Oct. 2006, we had purchased the land size of 33,000 square meters for the future expansion. The land is located just right in front of our 3rd plant.
In May, 2008, the R&D department was built covering the floor size of 912 square meters which is devoted to develop new products.
In July, 2008, the 5th plant Automated ware hose and new assembly house started construction. It covers floor size of 12,639 square meters including 91,000 storage packages, assembly line, and deliver center. It will enhance its comprehensive efficiency with an all-in-line concept.
Currently, Mindman's products are exported to more than 70 countries worldwide, with major destinations covering the America, Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and mainland China.
