Static Dissipative R69 Type (Pad Only). This vacuum pad uses static dissipative silicone rubber with a surface resistivity of 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ω to prevent damage to electronic components caused by ESD (Electrostatic Discharge). While typical static dissipative pads have a surface resistivity ranging from 10⁵ to 10¹¹ Ω, the R69 type is manufactured to stricter standards and undergoes 100% inspection before shipment.

Vacuum pad holder spring type, Direct mount Low dust emission holder, 3 mm and 6 mm are available for stroke option. Optional cap nut is also available. Non-rotating shaft prevents workpiece misalignment during conveyance.
