- Chemical-resistant and corrosion-resistant PPS, SUS304, etc. are used for the fluid contact parts.
- No copper-based metal material is used in airflow path.
- Parts that come in with fluids are oil-free.
Parts not in contact with fluid are not oil-free. - EPDM is used as seal packing material.
- Seal packing material: FKM is available as an option.
- Seal tape-wrapped threads are available as an option.
Add "-TP" at the end of the model number.
