- Available in the specification for fields requiring "No copper-based metal material is used in airflow paths"and "Low-level Ozone resistance".
No copper-based metal material is used in airflow paths, and sealing rubber and moving parts for lubrication are designed to be resistant to low-level ozone and ultra-dry air.
