Super small-sized vacuum generator whose compressed air is converted to vacuum in a straight line. Fluid medium : Air, Max. operating pressure : 0.15~0.7 MPa.

    The Vacuum Generator, creating vacuum by use of compressed air, can be used to convey materials in combination with a Vacuum Pad.
  • It fits to request for less air consumption.
  • This type can be directly mounted on the small pad holder(VPMB).
  • Easy attaching and detaching by using the optional fixing holder (VUK04).

Best suitable for work-piece with rough and uneven surface like an external wall material of building, small stone and seashell. Wide selection of pad sizes and holder types.

 
VP-E Oval type

Best suitable for substrate or long work like semiconductor. Wide selection of pad sizes, materials and holder types. Stroke length of spring type holder can be selected.
