VYR Vacuum generator | One vacuum line for generation and release
Small and short type. Blow-off function is equipped as standard. Realized a high speed suction / blow-off cycle. Exhaust noises are below 75dB[A].
- Can be mounted directly to EOAT with P.C.D. 31.5.

Nozzle bore 0.5mm & 0.7mm type: Height 20mm, Nozzle bore 1.0mm & 1.2mm type: Height 28mm - Blow-off function is equipped as standard.
Blow-off is possible without blow-off piping. Blow-off flow rate and time can be adjusted with attached needle. - Realized a high speed suction / blow-off cycle.
- Exhaust noises are below 75dB[A].
Nozzle bore 0.5mm & 0.7mm type: below 65dB[A], Nozzle bore 1.0mm & 1.2mm type: below 75dB[A]. (by our factory simple measurement) - Max. 4 vacuum ports are available for nozzle bore 0.5mm & 0.7mm type.
Pressure sensor can be installed. (Max. 3 ports after pressure sensor installed.) - Max. 2 vacuum ports are available for nozzle bore 1.0mm & 1.2mm type.
Pressure sensor mounting port is prepared. - Built-in blow-off air storage chamber.
Nozzle bore 0.5mm & 0.7mm type: 0.404mL, Nozzle bore 1.0mm & 1.2mm type: 0.615mL. - Storage capacity of blow-off air is expandable.
Extra storage chamber of blow-off air can be added by connecting a tubing with a plug cap. (Only for nozzle bore of 1.0mm & 1.2mm type.)
