The MAER110 Electro-Pneumatic Regulator precisely converts electrical control signals into stable pneumatic pressure, providing accurate stepless pressure regulation for compressed air systems. Featuring a microprocessor-based PID control system, it delivers fast response, stable performance, and high-precision pressure control to improve machine repeatability and process consistency.
Equipped with RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces, the MAER110 enables remote parameter setting, pressure monitoring, and seamless integration with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems. It supports multiple analog input signals, analog monitoring output, and NPN/PNP switch outputs.
With a maximum flow rate of 350 L/min, 1/8" and 1/4" port sizes, IP65 protection, and CE certification, the MAER110 provides reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
