  • For different P.D.P. requirement we design 4min/10 min cycle mode. 10 minute cycle produce -42℃. 4 minute cycle produce -72℃. (outlet concentrations of 1 ppb @ 7kgf/cm2 )

  • Standard Purge Economizer ( 25%~100% ) is able to match purge air use to the demand on the dryer.
