A relief mechanism (extra pressure is relieved) built into the blow-off circuit. - Supply valves are available in three different types.
Double solenoid type (vacuum retention type), which contributes energy saving, is suitable for a special application where continuous vacuum generation is required for a long time. - An LED display is adopted for the vacuum switch. Improved visibility.
Two types of vacuum switches are available, 2 switch outputs and analog output, with selection depending on the application. For wiring, a connector wire is adopted to enhance the ease of designing the wiring layout.
