Vacuum Generator VG serves customer's purpose most efficiently in simple combinations of units such as vacuum switch and vacuum blow-off valve. Combination of units can be selectable depending on purposes. Fluid medium: Air. Operating pressure range: 0.25~0.7 MPa.
  • Vacuum generator, air supply/blow-off solenoid valve and vacuum switch modules can be combined depending on vacuum system
  • Three types of vacuum switches are provided.
    1 switch output +1analog output type, 2 switch outputs type and 1 analog output economial type are provided.

VP-R/A/RM Standard type
Suitable for spherical fruits (apple, etc.) or ball. Wide selection of pad sizes, materials and holder types. Low dust emission type is newly introduced for spring type holder.
 
VP-S Sponge type

Best suitable for work-piece with rough and uneven surface like an external wall material of building, small stone and seashell. Wide selection of pad sizes and holder types.

 
VP-E Oval type

Best suitable for substrate or long work like semiconductor. Wide selection of pad sizes, materials and holder types. Stroke length of spring type holder can be selected.
