Vacuum Generator VN｜Lightweight, compact, high-speed, and stable response
The low-profile vacuum generator is suitable for small space use. Tiny work piece is removed gently when releaseing vacuum with blow-off. Fluid medium: Air, Operating pressure range: 0~0.55 MPa.

Direct operated solenoid valve is used for the main valve. - Tiny work piece is removed gently when releaseing vacuum with blow-off.
A dedicated blow-off air supply port is provided as configuration option, which enables pressure control by an external pressure regulator for fine-adjusted puff-air delivery. - Common supply port type is also available.
Air supply port for vacuum generation and blow-off are common. - 20L/min. of vacuum release (blow-off) air flow is secured.
- Two types of analog output sensor switches and four types of LED display sensors are offered. Digital indicator is provided as option for an analog type of sensor.
We offer two types of analog sensors, for negative pressure and for compound pressure that can be combined with a LCD indicator, and four types of LED display sensors that features one analog output+two switch outputs, NPN/PNP transistor output for negative pressure and compound pressure.

VP-R/A/RM Standard type
Suitable for spherical fruits (apple, etc.) or ball. Wide selection of pad sizes, materials and holder types. Low dust emission type is newly introduced for spring type holder.
VP-S Sponge type
Best suitable for work-piece with rough and uneven surface like an external wall material of building, small stone and seashell. Wide selection of pad sizes and holder types.
VP-E Oval type
Best suitable for substrate or long work like semiconductor. Wide selection of pad sizes, materials and holder types. Stroke length of spring type holder can be selected.
