    Soft material is used for lip part, and hard material is used for bellows part.
  • Two selections of rubber hardness for lip part.
    Soft material (lip color:blue) is for packaging bag which is made of thick vinyl or sheet.
    Extra soft material (lip color:pink) is for deformable packaging bag.
  • Two selections of oversuction preventing adapter.
    Plane type is for hard packaging material (Pouch package, etc.).
    Spherical type is for soft packaging material (Shirataki bag, etc.).
  • Oversuction preventing adapter with stainless mesh is also prepared.
    Prevent the suction of foreign substances and avoid the troubles of vacuum system.
    Filtering accuracy:100μm (Reference value).
  • Two selections for bellows layer:3 and 5.
    Compared to 5 bellows type, 3 bellows type is shorter by approx. 25.3% in height.
    3 bellows type contributes the posture stability of a work-piece in high-speed conveyance.
    5 bellows type is suitable for liquid packaging which easily deforms.
