The MAER210 Electro-Pneumatic Regulator precisely converts electrical control signals into stable pneumatic pressure, providing accurate stepless pressure regulation for compressed air systems. Featuring a microprocessor-based PID control system, it delivers fast response, stable performance, and high-precision pressure control to improve machine repeatability and process consistency.
Equipped with RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces, the MAER210 enables remote parameter setting, pressure monitoring, and seamless integration with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems. It supports flexible digital communication for advanced automation applications and centralized pressure management.
With a maximum flow rate of 1,500 L/min, 1/4" and 3/8" port sizes, IP65 protection, and CE certification, the MAER210 provides reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. It can also be modularly integrated with the MA302 Series Air Preparation Units, simplifying piping design and multi-stage pressure control systems.
