The MAER310 Electro-Pneumatic Regulator precisely converts electrical control signals into stable pneumatic pressure, providing accurate stepless pressure regulation for compressed air systems. Designed for high-flow precision automation applications, it features a microprocessor-based PID control system that delivers fast response, excellent stability, and high-accuracy pressure control to improve machine repeatability and process consistency.
Equipped with RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces, the MAER310 enables remote parameter setting, pressure monitoring, and seamless integration with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems. It supports advanced digital communication for centralized pressure management and smart manufacturing applications.
With a maximum flow rate of 4,000 L/min, 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" port sizes, IP65 protection, and CE certification, the MAER310 provides reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. It can also be modularly integrated with the MA401/MA403 Series Air Preparation Units, simplifying piping design and multi-stage pressure control systems.
